What is DISC?

DISC is a simple, research-based model that helps you understand how you naturally behave, communicate, and respond to your environment.
It groups behavioral traits into four main styles:
D – Dominance: how you take action and face challenges
I – Influence: how you connect and communicate with others
S – Steadiness: how you respond to change and pace
C – Conscientiousness: how you approach rules and structure

Everyone has all four styles to different degrees — your unique blend shapes how you show up in the world.
By taking the DISC Assessment before our session, you’ll gain clear insights into your natural preferences, strengths, and stress triggers.

What to expect
🕒 Before the session:
You’ll receive access to the DISC assessment link to complete online on your own pace.

💬 During our 1:1 session (60 minutes):
​In our session, I’ll first walk you through the DISC model so you understand the framework. Then, we’ll dive into your unique DISC profile and what it reveals about how you show up in the world.
This session helps you deepen your self-understanding, see your interaction patterns more clearly, and identify practical ways to shift what’s not working for you.

📄 After the session:
You’ll receive your full DISC report to deepen your reflection and apply your insights long after we meet. If you decide to continue our journey together by upgrading to the self-leadership coaching package withing 7 days I will discount you the amount spent on the DISC Assessment.
