Mother of two girls (3.5 and 1.5 years old) and when I returned to my old job after maternity leave, I was torn between work and home, feeling like I wasn't fully present or fulfilled in either role. So, I took a leap: I quit and started my own business as a mom, thinking, 'How hard could it be?' LOL🤣! Well, turns out, pretty tough! But fortunately, my PhD journey taught me something crucial: the ability to pivot when things aren't working.
